No. AI Agent is an optional add-on. You can use VietPOS.AI without AI at all. Add AI anytime you want.
What happens if I run out of AI quota?
The bot will notify you and suggest upgrading. No extra charges are applied automatically. Quota resets at the start of each month.
What does "AI Starter free with VIP" mean?
The VIP plan includes AI Starter (100 messages/month, 12 tools) at no extra cost. If you need more, upgrade to AI Pro (+120k) or Enterprise (+200k).
