• Camera: Only when you grant permission, used for barcode/QR code scanning
• Storage: To save exported reports and invoices
• Notifications: To send business alerts and order updates

2.5. Third-Party Data

• Payment data from VNPay, MoMo, VietQR payment gateways
• Social media information (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) when you connect accounts for auto-posting features

• Improve services: Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
• Communication: Send important notifications, technical support
• AI Agents: Analyze your business data to generate automated alerts, inventory forecasts, and reports
• Marketing (with your consent): Post content on social media on your behalf when you connect and authorize

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data when:

• It is necessary to provide our services (e.g., processing payments through VNPay/MoMo)

8. Social Media Integration

When you connect your Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn accounts to VietPOS.AI for auto-posting features:

9. Data Retention

• Data is stored on servers in Vietnam
• Business data is retained for the duration of your service
• After service termination, data is kept for 30 days before permanent deletion
• You can request immediate deletion at any time

10. Children's Privacy

VietPOS.AI is a business management tool and is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or Telegram at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
